Global optimum! The optimization world is full of finding the minimum or minima. They prefer minimizing to maximizing the objective. Reason? A simple mathematical convenience! Also they say, it is comfortable and easy to negotiate with minima! We also find it convenient to negotiate with people having minimum ego. Isn’t it?
There is the principle of minimum energy which states that, “The internal energy will decrease and approach a minimum value at equilibrium”! This energy is desires. Internal urge to do something.
The principle of least resistance is what works behind the flow system. Water always flows in that path which offers the least resistance to it. If in the flow, it encounters any obstacle, it easily bypasses that obstacle by providing least resistance. That’s what I should do when I encounter any obstacle in the process of getting awakened.
All these natural principles point to the approach of a Minimalist!

What’s the solution to progress spiritually?
A Minimalist:
Less reading and more writing. Keeping journal on a daily basis to refine minimalism in my life.
Think less and less by doing meditation, practising awareness.
Talk less, only when necessary and what is necessary.
Desire less and less by realising the impermanence of happiness associated with the fulfilment of desires.
Complain as less as possible by realising the synchronistic arrangement of events in my life.
Time is a resource (allowance as a form of token of Love) provided by the God to me so as to get Awakened. I must use it judiciously by utilising time to realise the “Timeless” dimension within me!
Use solitude to the best of your abilities by being with nature, by contemplating on the nature of reality.
Use as less breath as possible! Sounds strange? But by that I mean, take deep breaths for as long as you can!
I feel “eternally indebted” to my God for being such a kind hearted and literally showering upon me His Grace in the form of all these allowances. I must keep this in my mind and be A True Minimalist! A true Lover of God!
This blog also tries to be a Minimalist by having as few words as possible while making as much sense as possible! The blog sincerely hopes that the readers voluntarily embrace minimalism in their lives and be eternally blessed by the Lord!
