Reinvent The Self!

The dictionary says #strategy means a plan of action or #policy designed to achieve a major or overall #aim. Another definition says, it is the art of devising or employing plans or stratagems toward a #goal. Essentially strategy has a goal. What if we remove the aim or goal and just stick with the plan of action or policy? In my view, action and policies don’t essentially have to be bound to a goal and in case when they must be, I think the result of doing that action or implementing that policy, is not different from the goal itself. So, the goal is instantaneously achieved, at every moment.
Sounds idealistic? But we do have a real-life example in the form of a team #fcbarcelona . I got interested to watch football because of Barca. The end result hardly matters. What you get to see in those 90 minutes is the pure sophistication of #football skills in the form of intricate passes, unmatched dribbling, great #teamwork, precise #communication, and speed. Everyone plays not for scoring a goal, but for his own joy. We get delighted at every moment. This team dominated for almost more than a decade. It has grown into its own religion, its own philosophy, and its own strategy.
“If you own the ball, you own the game”! “It’s not about position, it’s all about the possession”! “#Love and caress the ball as if it’s your child”! In this, the strategy or the plan of actions revolves around these commandments! The team ensures that it’s following the plan at every moment. What’s the goal here? Or is there really any goal here other than caressing the ball while enjoying the game at every moment?
No need to know about the opponent, enemy or a competitor. No need to know about the competition, whether it’s La Liga or UCL. No need to know the stage at which the game is played, whether it’s a quarter final or final. No need to know the score at any time. Just play your game!
What are the fallouts? The #spectacle is created at every moment. The #spectator is delighted at every moment and of course you win trophies and dominate the football world!
